The Digaton Lite is a fully certified Type 1 AIS AtoN with an internal rechargeable battery and integrated antenna for easy AIS buoy and hazard marking
The Digaton ATN500 is well suited for inshore use near ports and harbours to show the name and real time location of Aids to Navigation (eg: buoys, markers etc) as well as hazards or navigation channel changes. It transmits AIS data to local vessels and data can be displayed on plotter/ECDIS charting systems as well as AIS VTS displays
The ATN500 is totally self-contained with the rechargeable battery able to operate for over 5 days between charges or connect directly to an external power source for permanent installations. It also integrates the VHF/AIS antenna so fits in seconds to any structure without the need for external antennas
