When You Buy Products on a Digital Deep Sea & Digital Yacht Website
If you purchase a product on a Digital Deep Sea & Digital Yacht site, then Digital Yacht will collect Personal Information from you, such as your name, mailing address and telephone number, so that we can process your order and fulfil your purchase. This information will be held on our accounting system. We do not view or store your payment card information. Third parties such as PayPal or Payment sense process customer payment card information when Digital Yacht customers use a payment card to make a purchase on a Digital Yacht site.
When you Communicate with Digital Deep Sea & Digital Yacht
When you interact with our customer sales and support representatives via email, website, telephone or in person, we may collect Personal Information, such as your name, mailing address, phone number, email address and contact preferences as well as information about the Digital Yacht products you own, such as their serial numbers and date of purchase. Digital Deep Sea & Digital Yacht takes reasonable security measures to help protect against loss, misuse, unauthorized access and unauthorized disclosure or alteration of the Personal Information under its control.

For your protection, we may only implement requests with respect to the Personal Information associated with the particular email address that you use to send us your request, and we may need to verify your identity before implementing your request. We may decline to process requests that jeopardize the privacy of others, are extremely impractical, or would cause us to take any action that is not permissible under applicable laws.
